Longtime Ann Arborites still know it as the old A&P or Michigan Bell. More recently, it was a bank and a University of Michigan office building.

Now, the next incarnation of 413 E. Huron St. looks to be a mixed-use retail center - a mini-mall of sorts with possibly eight shops and seven luxury student apartments
