- The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a creative proposal for the acquisition, through purchase or long-term lease, and redevelopment/reuse of a City-owned site located at 415 W. Washington, within the Downtown Development Authority District (parcel numbers 09-29-211-003 and 017).
- The successful proposal will make positive contributions to the neighborhood and the larger community by incorporating beneficial uses, publicly accessible greenway linkage, flood risk mitigation, environmental benefits, preservation of historic resources and a positive financial return.

- Christine Brummer, a lawyer, resident of the Old West Side and leader in the Old West Side Association.
- John Mouat, a partner in Mitchell and Mouat Architects, a member of the DDA board and a resident of the Old West Side.
- Scott Rosencrans, a member of the city Park Advisory Commission.
- Chris Easthope, the senior City Council member from the 5th Ward.
