This proposed development project is hard to keep track of, as it keeps changing its name. Originally called "Washington Terrace", the name was changed to "City Centre Lofts", and later to "4Eleven Lofts".

The project is part of McKinley's much-hyped and Google-anchored re-visioning of the Division Street and Washington Street area, and will be built by Freed and Associates. The ten-story building, with ground floor retail and underground parking, was originally proposed as condo lofts, but is now intended as student-oriented rental apartments. Despite the indecisiveness, Freed asserts that construction will begin in October 2007, and be complete by the summer of 2009.
