Proposed 11 story, 156 unit apartment building at First Street at Washington Street, to be built by developer Village Green of Farmington Hills. A 244 space parking garage will be built partially underground on the site, funded and developed by the Downtown Development Authority.

There are 16 affordable housing units in the project.
