Baker Commons is a 64 unit project located in the heart of the commercial downtown district in Ann Arbor. Its position on the corner of Packard and Main St. puts it at a prime location for many activities and services necessary for its residences (see map below). More than 50% of the current renters are disabled and the remainder of the population is mixed. All of the units are one-bedroom.
