Broadway Cafe serves the best bi bim bap in town! If you sit and dine in the restaurant, the always friendly owner will bring you a generous bowl of rice with marinated cucumbers, spinach, and bean sprouts with your choice of either marinated beef (which is very high quality) or tofu with a soy sauce concoction. All this is topped off with a fried egg. On the side is a sweet, but very spicy bean sauce which melds wonderfully with the flavors of the vegetables, meat or tofu, and rice. You will also be served a side of kimchi and egg drop soup. You won't be disappointed!
