Annual May race through the streets of Burns Park. The race features a 5k, 10k, 5K walk, and Fun Run. The 5K and 10K combined draw between 800 and 1,000 runners - including over 120 K-5 runners in the 5K in 2006. Proceeds benefit the Burns Park Elementary School parent-teacher organization nonprofit. Runners may also raise funds for several other nonprofits, many local to Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. Details for the Burns Park Run can be found at http://www.burnsparkrun.org.
