A bookstore is a retailer that primarily sells books.

A book is a series of papers which have been bound, typically between a cover. Most books contain text, although some books may contain images, illustrations, or figures. These papers may indeed be made from paper, cloth, papyrus, plastic, or other materials which are flexible and can convey the textual or graphic content.
