Well I tried the Chicken House in Ann Arbor and I have to say that I was none too impressed. It was far greasier than well prepared broasted chicken should be. It did not have the perfect puffy kind of coating that is easily separable from the skin, but rather stuck to it, in a manner reminiscent of fried chicken.
