A mythical University construct to be built on the site of the Frieze Building. It'll be the permanent home of a few refugee University departments -- the School of Information, the Department of Screen Arts and Cultures, the Department of Communications Studies -- in addition to providing student housing and classroom space.

Since Top of the Park has relocated to the front of Rackham Building, adjacent to the site of North Quad, I propose that they postpone demolition of the Frieze Building until summer 2007 and do a live demolition in concert with an appropriate outdoor film screening (Godzilla, Metropolis, etc.).
