The Croissant Shop is small, specialized bakery in the large industrial park west of State and north of Ellsworth, run by baker Kurt Boyd. The Croissant Shop does an almost exclusively wholesale trade, selling to restaurants and groceries all over the area including Sparrow Meat and Produce. Individuals can order, but need to call the order in by 8 or 9 the previous day (farther in advance is even better). Very high-quality croissants, etc., at very low prices.
